Because of this, there are some prop bettors who rather pick the American wheel for higher risk-betting, for example: the additional 00 bet which pays out 35 to 1 and the Row 00 bet that pays out 17 to 1.

However, if you’re simply playing for fun, it obviously doesn’t make much difference; if you’re looking for something more risky there’s American Roulette.
